〔古文〕𧰍【唐韻】【集韻】【韻會】【正韻】𠀤都騰切，等平聲。
【說文】禮器也。
【爾雅·釋器】瓦豆謂之豋。【註】卽膏豋也。
【疏】對文則木曰豆，瓦曰豋，散則皆名豆。
【詩·大雅】于豆于豋。
【傳】木豆薦葅醢，瓦豋薦太羹，祀天用瓦豆，陶器質也。
【宋史·禮志】宗廟之祭，用太牢而三鉶。鉶旣設三，則豋亦如其數，請設三豋，實牛、羊、豕之湇以爲太羹。
又【元史·祭祀志】太羹每室三豋，和羹每室三鉶。
又通作鐙。
【禮·祭統】執鐙。【註】鐙，豆下跗也。
【儀禮·公食大夫禮】實于鐙。【註】瓦豆謂之鐙。
【集韻】或作𤮘。
【說文】本作𧯭，从𠬜，持肉在豆上，會意。隸作豋。
【毛氏曰】登降之登，上从癶，癶音撥。豋豆之豋，上从月从又，月卽肉字，又卽手字，持祭肉于豆之義。二字取義不同。
【六書略】豋，豆也。借爲升登之登。合登、豋爲一，誤。
