近年以來，國民黨之所謂黨略，大率借改革政治之名，行攘奪權利之實。凡可以逞其野心者，雖滅國亡種，荼毒生靈，亦所不惜。其運動方法，或以利誘，或以威嚇，或以詐取，務使同種之人，互相殘害，而自為狡兔三窟之謀。其鼓吹之術，或以演詞，或以報紙任意造謠，顛倒黑白。利用一般思想單簡之青年，一入彀中，即為所賣，附和煽亂，至死不明。此等鬼蜮行為，即個人尚不能立身，遑論治國。
