臨時大總統通令：
前據九江鎭守使李純電呈：「擒獲叛軍營長李穆供稱：叛軍對官軍先行開槍，轟擊係屬歐陽武電令，並予賞洋五千元，兼調第二旅接應」等語。當核與歐陽迭次來電，前後情節不符，正飭詳查核辦。
現復查明：歐陽武通電各省，竟有「自稱江西都督、倡言北伐」情事，是該叛軍營長所供確鑿有據，實屬甘心叛逆，罪不容誅。
歐陽武著卽撤銷護軍使，褫去陸軍中將並上將銜，并應由段宣撫使、李鎮守使嚴行拿辦，以重國法而肅軍紀。
