朕以關南十縣。我國舊基。將舉兵師。議復土壤。宋朝累馳專介。懇發重言。定於舊貢銀絹三十萬兩匹外。每年別納金繒之儀。用代賦與之物。再論盟約。永卜歡和。其諸道兵馬等。優給蠲免賦調。並已放還本部。夫何眇躬。成此美事。今文武百闢。中外庶官。屢拜封章。載稽典故。謂予有元功大略。加予以懿號鴻名。不獲固辭。勉依群請。已選定十一月三日。兩宮並行大禮。卿稱藩事上。望闕輸忠。遐想聞知。必增慶悅。今差禮部尚書王永言齎詔往彼示諭。
