朕臨御區宇，撫育黔黎，方欲康濟澆薄，蠲省繁費，奢僭乖衷，實宜防斷，應鏤金銀薄及庻物，化生土木人綵花之屬，及布帛幅尺短狹輕疎者，並傷財廢業，尤成蠧患。又僧尼道士，挾邪左道，不依經律，民間淫祀袄書諸珍怪事，詳為條制，並皆禁絶。
