元祐元年五月二十五日，朝奉郎試中書舍人蘇軾劄子奏。臣近奏為論招差衙前利害，所見偏執，乞罷詳定役法，尋奉聖旨依所乞，今來給事中胡宗愈卻封還上件聖旨。切緣聖旨，本緣臣自知偏執乞罷，即非朝廷以臣異議罷臣，胡宗愈不知，誤有論奏。重念臣前來議論，委是疏闊。又況衙前招之與差，所繫利害至重，非止是役法中一事。臣既不同，決難隨眾簽書。伏乞依前降指揮，早賜罷免。取進止。
