仙遊縣太君羅氏，世家南劍州之沙縣。秘書少監陳君諱某之妻，比部員外郎儼、古田縣尉侃、衛尉寺丞佩、同學究出身偉、殿中丞災母。年八十三，以某年某月某甲子卒。女一人，適張氏。孫男女若干人。太君有賢行，事皇姑蕭氏順焉，諸妣慕其所為，後亦皆稱孝婦。經紀內治，能勤不懈，以至於老。少監君行治勞烈稱天下，有施於後世，其子孫蕃衍，能中其家法，皆由太君善相其夫而能教子。陳氏之所以興，太君與有力焉。銘曰：

嗚呼夫人，有德有祉。婦於嚴姑，酒食燕喜。乃相君子，陳宗以興。乃教眾兒，有以賢稱。樂其室家，以暨孫曾。歸然壽寵，宜後之承。
