臣某言：伏以今月某日南郊禮畢，特加臣恩命者。元祀告成，鴻恩溥及。雖在退藏之品，猶加異數之榮。祗奉絲綸，實增慚懼。臣某誠惶誠恐，頓首頓首。伏惟皇帝陛下竭誠致饗，受祿自天。樂與群臣，同沾大慶。上自股肱之列，下同筦庫之微。嘉其顯相之勤，錄其駿奔之助。霈然大賚，夫豈無名。如臣草木餘生，桑榆莫景，顧田廬而願逝，竊秩祿以常驚。多病支離，已無任於聯祀；寵光沾洽，尚不間於推恩。荷德滋深，論報無所。臣無任感天荷聖激切屏營之至，謹奉表稱謝以聞。
