某為性甚愚，篤於自信，與人無忌，拙於周旋。頃者得過監司，造為浮謗。浼塵上聽，紛然罪戾之多；傳播四方，重為衰老之愧。飛章自理，為計已疏。雖循省之無瑕，顧吹求之已密。恃照臨於皎日，信俯仰於平衡。不俟辯明，坐獲昭洗。枯根再生於時雨，敗舟獲濟於驚瀾。名節既全，死生為幸。此蓋伏遇某官，持大鈞而播物，奮至鑒以臨人。定妍醜於須臾，無施巧偽；憐衰罷之易毀，曲為保全。德厚恩隆，感深涕隕。某老病既久，思求歸而未能；荷戴雖多，恐圖報之無日。激切之至，敷述奚殫。
