一、添賜田並舊賜為五百頃，設溝封，為奉聖鄉，世襲奉聖公爵，以奉祭祀，不使更為他官，位在中大夫之下。如有高才重德，朝廷必賴其用，即令嗣子奉祀事。
一、所賜田，蠲免稅賦，依鄉川厚薄，召人種佃。其佃戶並免差徭夫役。
一、奉聖公表章慶賀、進奉聖節，並依兗州例。朝廷頒曆賜衣等恩數，並依兗州知州。每遇大禮，許入覲陪位。一、奉聖公差當直兵士二十人。
一、奉聖公宅教授一人，主導翊襲封之人，及教導其嗣子。吏部於舉到學官選差。
一、置官一員，主其家事，或只令仙源縣簿尉兼管。
