臣近奏乞裁損同文館待高麗條例，除近降聖旨略施行外，有一項下節日聽二十人番次出館遊看買賣，止減為十人。竊緣夷狄之人，懷挾奸詐，情不可知，許令遊覽都城，大則察探虛實，圖寫宮闕、倉庫、營房、衢道所在曲折，事極不便。小則收買違禁物貨、機密文書，及作違非法。治之則傷恩，不治則害事，聽之出入，無一而可。舊法雖令親事官監視，然小人貪利，微加贈遺，何所不從，其實無益。若是朝廷全然不恤前事，則雖日令二十人出入可也。若以為可慮，則止許十人實亦不便。伏乞再降聖旨，全令禁絕。取進止。
