嘉祐三年
為宗婦，封仁壽縣君。生一子令優，為右千牛衛將軍。而以
熙寧元年
六月九日疾病死，享年二十有六。自為女子以至於為母，卑尊幼長，無所非議，故於其死皆哀憐。二年二月十七日葬河南永安。銘曰：
芒乎其孰致而來，奄乎其孰推而往？為之幽宮，覆以新壤。魂浮氣游，變化惚恍。宛其德音，尚可追想。
