十一月十三日，南效鹵簿使龍圖閣學士左朝奉郎守兵部尚書兼侍讀蘇軾劄子奏。臣謹按漢成帝郊祠甘泉、泰畤、汾陰、后土，而趙昭儀常從在屬車間。時揚雄待詔承明，奏賦以諷，其略曰：「想西王母欣然而上壽兮，屏玉女而卻虙妃。」言婦女不當與齋祠之間也。臣今備位夏官，職在鹵簿。準故事，郊祀既成，乘輿還齋宮，改服通天冠，絳紗袍，教坊鈞容，作樂還內，然後后妃之屬，中道迎謁，已非典禮。而況方當祀事未畢，而中宮掖庭得在勾陳、豹尾之間乎？竊見二聖崇奏大祀，嚴恭寅畏，度越古今，四方來觀，莫不悅服。今車駕方宿齋太廟，而內中車子不避仗衛，爭道亂行，臣愚竊恐於觀望有損，不敢不奏。乞賜約束，仍乞取問隨行合干勾當人施行。取進止。
