安期生，世知其為仙者也，然太史公曰：蒯通善齊人安期生，生嘗以策幹項羽，羽不能用，羽欲封此兩人，兩人終不肯受，亡去。
予每讀此，未嘗不廢書而嘆，嗟乎，仙者非斯人而誰為之。
故意戰國之士，如魯連、虞卿，皆得道者歟？
安期本策士，平日交蒯通。
嘗幹重瞳子，不見隆準公。
應如魯仲連，抵掌吐長虹。
難堪踞床洗，寧挹扛鼎雄。
事既兩大繆，飄然籋遺風。
乃知經世士，出世或乘龍。
豈比山澤臞，忍饑啖柏松。
縱使偶不死，正堪為仆僮。
茂陵秋風客，望祀猶蟻蜂。
海上如瓜棗，可聞不可逢。
