。伏念臣早緣竊祿，稍習治民。在先帝日，已歷三朝；近八年間，復忝四郡。平生所願，滿足無余。誌大才疏，信天命而自遂；人微地重，恃聖眷以少安。恭惟太皇太后陛下，子惠萬民，器使多士。以謂朝廷之德澤，付於郡縣與監司。乃眷江淮之間，久罹水旱之苦。鄰封二浙，饑疫相薰；積欠十年，豐兇皆病。臣敢不上推仁聖之意，下盡疲駑之心。庶復流亡，少寬憂軫。臣無任。
