辛未二月癸卯，玄孫右承議郎、權司管勾西京國子監、輕車都尉、賜緋魚袋
珫，謹遣姪

就墳所，以酒肴之具，祭告於高祖少監、高祖母京兆太君段氏之靈。秦人之俗，以開發塚墓為事。近年以來，太評事、四評事墓繼遭盜劫，少師墓亦嘗有穴，固不知完否？苟不完矣，理當改厝。幸而尚完，異日之禍，不得不慮。今將改葬少師，而遷公丘封，使後人不知墓之所在，以圖永安。謹具昭告，伏惟鑒饗！
