予自十年來，於佛法中漸有所悟，經歷憂患，皆世所希有，而真心不亂，每得安樂。崇寧癸未，自許遷蔡，杜門幽坐，取《楞嚴經》翻覆熟讀，乃知諸佛涅槃正路，從六根入。每趺坐燕安，覺外塵引起六根，根若隨去，即墮在死道中。根若不隨，返流全一，衝衝流入，即是涅槃真際。觀照既久，如淨琉璃，內含寶月，稽首十方三世一切佛菩薩羅漢僧，慈悲哀憫，惠我無生法忍，無漏勝果，誓願心心護持，勿令退失。三月二十五日誌。
