老聃新沐，晞髮於庭。其心淡然，若忘其形。夫子與回，見之而驚。入而問之，強使自名。曰：豈有已哉，夫人皆然。惟役於人，而喪其天。其人茍忘，其天則全。四肢百骸，孰為吾纏？死生終始，孰為吾遷？彼赫赫者，將為吾溫。彼肅肅者，將為吾寒。一溫一寒交，而萬物生焉，物皆賴之，而況吾身乎？溫為吾和，寒為吾堅，忽乎不知，而更千萬年。葆光志之，夫非養生之根乎？
