竊以奉空王之大教，尊阿育之靈蹤，崇雁塔於九重，衛鴻圖於萬祀。梵刹既當於圓就，寶幢是鎮於方隅。遂命選以工人，鑿於巨石，琢鞭來之堅固，狀湧出之規儀，玉削霜標，花雕八面，勒佛頂隨求之嘉句，為塵籠沙界之良因。所願家國咸康，封疆永肅，祖世俱乘於多福，宗親常沐於慈恩。職掌官僚，中外寧吉，仍將福祉，遍及幽明，凡在有情，希沾妙善。
