堯父宅尊，春秋鼎盛。杞天吿墜，逺邇震驚。降割非常，銜哀罔極。恭以大行皇帝神聖文武濬哲温恭萬千歲，怡愉恪盡東朝之養，十一年寅畏遹祗上帝之威。期壽考之惟休，俄憂勤而積疢。詎圖大漸，驟至遐征。望欲斷於遺弓，命忍傳於憑几。

恭惟皇帝陛下，有仁有孝，盡制盡倫。克念先猷，根聖人之至性；誕承慈訓，服天下之通喪。願少抑於孝思，以永綏於神器。臣屬縻守，紱哀捧告；書莫伸奔問之恭，徒切攀號之痛。
