故太常博士徐公，永嘉之經師宿儒，容止靖嚴，言悉中節，行不越矩，論著滿室，蠅頭手筆，無一字不端楷，皆有益于世敎。其録宰輔也，昉時年十八九，執冊應對其間，粗審㒹末，後三十餘歲，欲板于三山郡齋而未果，會公之子居誼，来宰永福政，成能以俸金刻之縣學，為一代之盛典，可敬也。公字誠甫，號慥堂，終零陵郡守云。
