兵民不可並耕，故使各處一方。軍士所屯之田，皆相險隘，立爲保寨，寇至則保聚捍禦，無事則乘時田作。其射士皆分半以耕屯田，少增錢糧，官給牛種，收其租利。有急則權罷之，使從軍。凡民戶所營之田，水田畝賦粳米一㪷，陸田賦麥豆各五升，滿二年無欠輸，給爲永業。流民自歸者，以田還之。凡屯田事，營田司兼行；營田事，府縣官兼行，皆不更置官吏。
