某茲者，不圖先令叔某官石壁先生遽捐里館，風馳上征，哲人雲亡，邦國殄瘁。執事者，骨肉至慟，為國受吊，撫孤大誼，定力如山，足可以對嶽雲之崔嵬矣。顧惟某落落後出，辱二阮之知，乃在一日之間，老仙用意慷慨，與之上下古今。撫念人物，袖中瓣香，僅僅拈出一再。老仙所以命之者，更在度外。爨桐之音方希，而化人之裾已不可追矣。出聲慟哭，悲不自持。謹裒綴壹鬱，泄為奠詞，往者如生，尚為我惻。惟一賜宣燎，豈勝感涕之至！
