閒中無事，固宜謹出。然想亦不能一併讀得許多。似此專人來往勞費，亦是未能省事，隨寓而安之病。又如多服燥熱藥，亦使人血氣偏勝，不得和平。不但非所以衛生，亦非所以養心。竊恐更須深自思省，收拾身心，漸令向裡，令寧靜閒退之意勝，而飛揚燥擾之氣消。則治心養氣，處事接物，自然安穩。一時長進，無復前日內外之患矣。
