司平楚甸，命出嚴宸；告至周原，恩歸慈極。敢敷睿訓，仰謝徽音。伏念臣一介寒微，兩朝知遇。傾葵向闕，初無補於使令；啜菽杜門，只自深於觀省。當元日會同之始，拜公朝抆拭之仁。言遣使臣，往陳臬事。華省遄頒於趣旨，叢祠竟播於俞音。勉臣子之驅馳，見吏民而宣布。茲蓋恭遇壽和聖福皇太后陛下，心起有極，道合無疆。長信怡愉，讚炎圖之昌運；太任肅穆，開蒼籙之隆平。宜擇攸司，俾敬爾獄。臣敢不丕承欽恤，誕布慈仁！絪我黎民，尚想無刑之治；於其王母，敢忘介福之元！
