聖達無上，烏兔交光，妙明八極，細入毫芒。
鬱儀結璘善相保，
嬰子抱真，鬱母為鄰。母養其子，煉氣成神。
乃見玉清虛無老，
上達玉清，中明黃老。體同太虛，手擎芝草。
可以迴顏填血腦。
和血固精，調氣順神。煉真合道，乃可全真。
口銜靈芒擭五皇，
鳳街玉藥，獻與天皇，離官陰返，物外之鄉。
腰帶虎錄佩金噹，
星冠月被，金玉叮噹。默朝玉帝，性執珪璋。
駕欽接生宴束蒙。
蟾官瓊宴，癸母丁翁。天廚造勝，仙樂束蒙。
