那從返老卻還嬰？
皓然太上，玉貌如嬰，神明萬化，顯達西昇。
三魂惚惚魄糜傾！
汞鉛顛倒，水火相交，丹爐陽焰，煉成白膏。
何不食氣太和精，
九陽照體，白覺神靈，夜明光照，北海龜精。
故能不死入黃寧。
用慧明真，實相無形，先天妙景，隱在黃庭。
