是書刻於丁未歲，板留京師。戊申春，利先生以校正本見寄，令南方有好事者重刻之。累年來，竟無有校本，留寘家塾。曁庚戌北上，先生沒矣。遺書中得一本，其別後所自業者，校訂皆手跡。追惟篝燈函丈時，不勝人琴之感。其友龎、熊兩先生遂以見遺，庋置久之。辛亥夏季，積雨無聊，屬都下方爭論厯法事。余念牙絃一輟，行復五年，恐遂遺忘，因偕二先生重閱一過，有所增定，比於前刻差無遺感矣。續成大業，未知何日，未知何人，書以俟焉。吳淞徐光啟。
