農山先生，學本真儒，仕為廉吏。有包函宇宙之大志，而蓋頭僅存其一茅；有饑寒溝壑之深心，而量腹不充其數口。三旬自笑，一飽無時。原憲之固窮，貧也非病；潘嶽之用拙，信而有徵。哿矣富人，誰與指道旁之囷？傷哉貧士，終然泣泉下之珠。敢告同人，共思周急。或授餐致弟子之養，豈必萬鍾；或扣門送賣文之錢，何妨滿陌。無令方朔，長羨飽於侏儒；如彼淵明，亦銜恩於冥報。向仁祖而索食，故自農山之素心；效微生之乞醯，抑亦我輩之能事。謹疏。
