有光備員下吏，實荷曲成。頃者叨冒內補，係銜冏寺。僚長牽率，以姓名通。方以僭越悚惕，蒙俯賜報答。茲又承手劄，捧函不任感戢。今天下第一所患，爭出意見，以求革弊，而弊愈生。數年以來，士大夫殆成風俗。夫水，澄之則清，撓之則濁，以撓求清，必無
