中錫疏慵愚憨，不能脂韋世俗，多忤於人，恐終獲戾，末路引分。歸田今四年矣，詎意執事，不棄菲才，屢申薦剡，垂覆盆之照，回幽谷之春，厚德無涯，殞身奚報。念中錫謝病以來，蒲質漸衰，灰心殆盡，縱大人君子，欲憐而納諸藥籠之中，而倦鳥病駒，久無復天衢之望，薑桂老而愈辣，莫我敢承稀苓，不足引年，負公而愧，敢爾自陳，尚冀裁審，久處嫌疑，有稽問候，統惟臺宥。
