朱子祠堂之舉，適有機緣。今同令弟及諸君相視形勢，定於觀北三泉之右，擇平敞之地，二水合流之所，建立一堡，止用地四五畝，繚以周垣，引泉環之，並通流堂下。前為石坊，列植松柏，內住居民三四家守之。雖所費不訾，但有百金即便興工，不患無助。春仲弟自來視工。望作一家報，凡擇地委人一切托之令弟允塞，仍移書報弟，速為措辦可也。
