文武開業，尚父定王佐之契；宗周不競，桓公弘九伐之勳。脫履於必濟之功，忘懷於屈伸之會。高氏出乎生民，公亮坦於萬物。遂復改謀迴慮，策馬武關；揔轡丹扸之途，揚鞭終南之嶺。兵交則戰無全敵，勸義則襁負雲集。從以懸軍輕進，因蓄靡儲，而犲狼懼殪，保固窟穴；乃方軌迴轅，反師凱入。雖奇功大勳，未捷於一朝；而宏謨神略，義高於天下。公惟秀傑英特，奇姿表於弱冠，俊神朗鑒；明統備於成德，巾褐衡門，風流推其高致，忘己應務，天下謝其勳業。輔相兩儀，而通運之功必周；虛中容長，而方圓之才咸得。道濟而不有，處泰而逾約，可謂固天時縱，生民之傑者也。銘曰：

美盡黃裳，道暢伊、呂。哲人應運，命世作輔。卓卓英風，略略宏宇。亮心高列，俊神間舉。忘己濟物，撫化翼世。河洛澄流，華梁卷翳。俾我仁公，弘道作鏡。如何不弔，雲巒落映。
