陳謨臺階，翼和鼎實，顯績成於臺省，清風暢於所蒞。故能老安少懷，遠至邇親。凡厥縉紳之士，所以挹酌洪流，含沮英芳者，猶旱苗之仰膏雨，湛露之唏朝陽也。銘曰：
於鑠元侯，則天垂象。弘操嶽峻，宇量深廣；允恭克讓，宣哲清朗。有始有卒，可大可久。言由忠信，行履孝友。光光金貂，再冠其首。赫赫皇符，仍折其部。義格皇穹，德冠群後，清風顯烈，沒而不朽。
