許昌西園中木蘭樹，余往觀之，遂為賦曰：
覽眾樹之列植，嘉木蘭之殊觀，至於玄㝠授節，猛寒嚴烈，峩峩堅氷，霏霏白雪，木應霜而枯零，草隨風而摧折，蓊青翠之茂葉，繁旖旎之弱條，諒抗節而矯時，獨滋茂而不凋。
