十國官制，大畧多仍唐舊，間有與六典異名者。吴之大卿，吴越之進侍，閩之國計使，楚之機要司，僅一二見焉。而南漢内三師、内三公，則又不足道者也。余取史册諸所常見者，輒采録其名，而書所失紀，都爲闕如。至文武階勳，如開府、特進、金紫、銀青、驃騎、雲麾、柱國、都尉之類，唐志固可例觀，則不復備載云。作十國百官表。
