道光四年冬十有二月，由吳門寄來，時在海上備兵官舍。此是宋拓孤本，又經諸老輩鑒賞，其為人間墨寶，何待擬議？但隸法非漢人最瑰瑋之製。其事其人亦與史家無大關係，故是賞鑒家物耳。
嘉慶二十有四年，歲在己卯，陽月，仁和龔自珍識於吳門吳氏之宋鬆書屋。同觀者，同裏何元錫夢華及吳縣江沅鐵君。牽連記。
