助教臣許之漸，序邪教妖書，謂二氏同知君臣父子，即儒者不能無弊，誠名教中之大罪人。荷皇上寬恩，僅褫其職，宜亟歸里，閉門思過，尚難免萬世唾罵。乃敢潛住京師，日與湯若望及各省解來之西洋人，朝夕往來，謀薦復官。聲言起官之後，誓必殺臣。風聞雖不足信，但查革職漢官，引嫌畏譏，從無久住京師之例。今敢留京，無忌其中，必有深謀。邪教金多，群居思報，臣之智力有限，安能察其隱微。日憂中傷，夜虞刺客。
