天王詔曰：戊申歲三月，天父上主皇上帝下凡，顯出無數神蹟權能憑據載在詔書。是年九月，天兄救世主耶穌下凡，亦顯出無數神蹟權能憑據載在詔書。今恐通軍大小男女兵將未能熟知天父聖旨命令及熟知天兄聖旨命令，致有誤逆天命天令也，故特將詔書尋閱天父天兄聖旨命令最緊關者，彙錄鐫刻成書，庶使通軍熟讀記心，免犯天令，方得天父天兄歡心也。後將朕令附尾，亦無非使爾等識法忌法之意。欽此。
