六府三事允治，禹功莫大焉，猶幸其書之存而可考也。僉憲贍公得之，講求脩齊治平之暇，取金、宋《河防通議》一書，合而訂正之，可謂有用之實學。僕貳郡真定，嘗得而推行之。茲來嘉禾，鋟梓於學，以廣其傳。三呉水利能取則焉，則是編又豈止於防河而已哉！至元四年戊寅八月望日，亞中大夫、嘉興路總管兼管內勸農事和元昇䟦。
