先夫人之妾楊氏，名金蟬，眉山人。年三十，始隸蘇氏，頹然順善也。為弟轍子由保母。年六十八，熙寧十年六月己丑，卒於徐州，屬纊不亂。子由官於宋，載其柩殯於開元寺。後八年，軾自黃遷汝過宋，葬之於宋東南三里廣壽院之西，實元豐八年二月壬午也。銘曰：
百世之後，陵谷易位，知其為蘇子之保母，尚勿毀也。
