匈奴圍漢平城，群臣上言：「胡者全兵，請令強弩傅兩矢外鄉，徐行出圍。」李奇注「全兵」云：「惟弓矛，無雜仗也。」此說非是。使胡有雜仗，則傅矢外鄉之策不得行歟？且奇何以知匈奴無雜仗也？匈奴特無弩耳。全兵者，言匈奴自戰其地，不致死，不得與我行此危事也。
