九月九日卒，以六年二月十日葬於鳳凰山。
曾祖任，祖維，贈刑部侍郎。父先，尚書都官郎中致仕。女三人。君妻，予從父妹也，故君從予學。銘曰：
才足以貴而莫之知，善足以壽而止於斯。嗚呼逝矣兮銘以哀之。
