樂天行張平叔戶部侍郎判度支制誥云：「吾坐而決事，丞相以下不過四五，而主計之臣在焉。」以此知唐制，主計蓋坐而論事也，不知四五者悉何人？平叔議鹽法至為割剝，事見退之集；今樂天制誥亦云「計能析秋毫，吏畏如夏日」，其人必小人也。
