問。《春秋》之法，變古則譏之，復古則大之。明乎古之不可易，易則亂矣。觀秦、漢之治，率然以其制易古之制，故卒以是至於敗亂者，有由然矣。雖然，由秦、漢而下距至今，去古愈遠，幸一旦思復，則又懼牽制泥古之失，否則《春秋》之所譏，然而果復之為可耶，抑亦從時之變為可也？幸究微以要聖人之中。
