舟中讀《文選》，恨其編次無法，去取失當。齊、梁文章衰陋，而蕭統尤為卑弱，《文選引》，斯可見矣。如李陵書蘇武五言，皆偽而不能辨。今觀淵明集，可喜者甚多，而獨取數首。以知其余人忽遺甚多矣。淵明作《閑情賦》，所謂《國風》好色而不淫，正使不及《周南》，與屈、宋所陳何異，而統大譏之，此乃小兒強作解事者！
