石晉之末，汝州有一士，不知姓名，每夜作筆十管付其家。至曉，闔戶而出，面街鑿壁，貫以竹筒，如引水者。有人置三十錢，則一筆躍出。以勢力取之，莫得也。筆盡，則取錢攜一壺買酒吟嘯自若，率嘗如此。凡三十載，忽去，不知所在。又數十年，復有見之者，顏貌如故，人謂之筆仙。
