江南人好作盤遊飯，
脯膾炙無不有，然皆埋之飯中。故裏諺云：「撅得窖子。」羅浮穎老取凡飲食雜烹之，名谷董羹，坐客皆稱善。詩人陸道士，遂出一聯句云：「投醪谷董羹鍋裹，撅窖盤遊飯碗中。」東坡大喜，乃為錄之，以付江秀才收，為異時一笑。吳子野云：「此羹可以澆佛。」翟夫子無言，但咽唾而已。丙子十二月八日。
