刑部尚書王時將史靈芝並本夫及妄取軍屬奸夫，盡行提取在部不行明坐妄取他人妻室爲妻之罪，又不問鄉貫同否，曾無日前有奸，卻乃吹毛求疵詢問出史靈芝三歲時曾定奸夫唐閏山兄爲婚。其人未出幼已故，靈芝長成，與姚小五爲婚，已生男女三人。王時尚欲差人勾取三歲媒合之人，意在動擾良民。持權妄爲，有乖治體，非此一端。
