今月十八日，臣以相國兵討逆賊故河內太守王匡等，屯陳破壞，斬獲首級，詣朝堂上賀。臣邕奉賀錄，故羽林郎將李參遷城門校尉，而署名羽林左監，右衛尉杜衍在朝堂，而稱不在。錄咎在臣不詳省案，使參以亡為存，衍以存為亡。錯奏謬錄，不可行。侍御史劾臣不敬，當賜刑書，懲戒不恪。陛下天地之德，不辱收戮，丙辰詔書以一月俸贖罪。臣邕怔營慚怖，屏氣累息，不知所自投處。臣邕頓首死罪。臣不惟石慶數馬之誤，簡忽校讎不謹之愆，雖見原宥，仰愧先臣，傷肌入骨，不勝忪蒙流汗。
